- Client/Member: An individual or legal entity contracting with Jabiyah.
- Services: Services provided under the approved proposal/contract.
- Memberships: Approved tiers and entitlements under the proposal/contract.
Service Description
Website content and visuals are informational and do not create obligations beyond the approved proposal or contract. Service details, entitlements, and fees are defined exclusively in the approved documents.
Eligibility & Acceptance
Joining Jabiyah is subject to professional criteria and internal policies. Jabiyah reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate in accordance with the contract and applicable law.
Verification (KYC)
We may request supporting documentation (ID/Commercial Registration/authorization) for verification and compliance. Providing it may be required for certain services.
Use of Website & Premises
Clients must use the website and premises legally and professionally, maintaining privacy and quiet. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized photography, misuse or disruption of networks, hacking attempts, and violations of security/safety rules.
Membership and Packages
Each membership’s details are defined exclusively in the approved proposal/contract, including entitlements, usage limits, priority access, and booking policy.
Meeting Rooms and Guests
Use is subject to booking policy and availability under the membership. Jabiyah may manage access to protect members’ experience and facility safety.
Access and Security
Access hours vary by membership. Smart access and monitoring may be used in accordance with law. Jabiyah is not responsible for personal belongings; members should take appropriate precautions.
Fees, Billing, and Taxes
Fees, deposits (if any), and penalties (if any) are defined in the approved proposal/contract. Invoices are in SAR and include VAT where applicable. Access may be suspended for late payment as per contract.
Cancellation, Changes & Termination
Cancellation, changes, or termination are governed by the approved proposal/contract, including notice periods, handover arrangements, and financial settlements.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Trademarks, content, and materials are owned by or licensed to Jabiyah; copying is prohibited without permission. Information accessed during service delivery is confidential and may only be disclosed with written consent or legal obligation.
Disclaimer and Warranties
Services are provided professionally and subject to availability, without warranties beyond what is expressly stated in the approved proposal/contract, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jabiyah’s liability for any direct claim is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service during the last three months, excluding indirect damages and lost profits.
Indemnity
The client undertakes to indemnify Jabiyah for any losses or claims arising from the client’s breach of these terms or applicable laws, or from any violation of third-party rights.
Force Majeure
Jabiyah is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Compliance & Financial Crime
Both parties comply with relevant Saudi laws on anti-bribery, AML, and cybercrime, and internal compliance policies.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be settled amicably within 15 days, then through the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) under its rules, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of published updates.
